The things
everyone asks first.

What happens if I don't respond in 48h?
The follower is automatically refunded in full. No action required from you, no awkward conversations, no disputes. The question closes and drops out of your queue. Your reputation score stays clean as long as you keep your refund rate low — we'll nudge you well before the deadline.
How do I set my price?
You pick a single flat rate per question — anywhere from $5 to $500. You can change it at any time, and you can also change your maximum accepted questions per day. That's it. No tiers, no packages, no price games.
How do I get paid?
Payouts run through Stripe Connect. Once you've answered a question and the 48h window closes, funds settle and hit your connected bank account on a weekly schedule. You can see every transaction, every refund, and your running balance from your dashboard.
Is there a subscription fee?
No. AskPaid is free to use. We take a small percentage of each paid question (announced at beta launch). If nobody pays you, we don't get paid either — we're incentivized to keep your queue flowing.
